Alaina Bendi is a well-seasoned Music, Talent and Entertainment Executive with nearly 20 years of experience working in publicity, music and entertainment, talent relations and brand partnerships. She entered the industry after acquiring multiple degrees by way of Monmouth University, University of Southern California and Juilliard.

Having been at the helm of her own Publicity and Entertainment company for over a decade, Alaina has led over 70 successful PR campaigns with a diverse roster of clients. She has worked on a variety of projects ranging from emerging and major musicians, celebrities, music tours, apps, spirits brands, nonprofits, crypto/NFTs, films, hospitality groups, and various beauty, lifestyle and additional brands. She has represented a broad range of clients including leading multi-platinum-selling recording artists, including her long-time client Ryan Cabrera, world famous boy bands, “American Idol” and “The Voice” stars, leading film and TV stars and even a NY Times Best-Selling Author. Her experience as a music executive and manager includes having successfully been involved in artist development, carried out negotiations and contracts for clients at several labels and has secured numerous songs placed on television.

She’s also a go-to for providing talent to attend various events and walk red carpets. Some of her talent/brand work includes working with Friskies/Grumpy Cat/SXSW, NBC Upfronts, “American Idol” FOX Finale, “This is Us”/NBC, “Hell’s Kitchen”/FOX, NYFW, launching Magnifico Giornada (spirits), iHeartMedia events, Vita Coco and PR for tours including MY2K Tour ft. 98 Degrees, O-Town, Ryan Cabrera and Dream.

Alaina is also a very experienced event producer having produced numerous corporate events for TV networks, studios and media companies, red carpet parties, music video premiere parties, concerts of all scales from small acoustic shows to major A-list (including The Fray, Ms. Lauryn Hill, Gavin DeGraw, Imagine Dragons, Jerry Seinfeld, Sebastian Maniscalco).

Incredibly charitable, Alaina has produced several benefit concerts over the years. Most notably, she is the Founder and Executive Producer of the popular Rock the Schools Concert, which was created to support music education and has supported the Fender Music Foundation and VH1 Save the Music Foundation. The show has attracted several brand sponsors as well as partners including iHeartRadio and Live Nation and has had over 20 performers in 5 years to include (to name a few) The Goo Goo Dolls, Jordin Sparks, AJ McLean (Backstreet Boys), Mark Ballas (“Dancing with the Stars”) “One Tree Hill” stars Tyler Hilton, Bethany Joy Lenz, Bryan Greenberg, Kate Voegele and Mike Grubbs, “Baby Daddy” star Tahj Mowry, Josh Kelley, Secondhand Serenade, Actor/Musician Rob Morrow, Ryan Cabrera, Nash Overstreet, and many more. She also produced a benefit with actor/musician Thomas Ian Nicholas that was featured on “The Real Housewives of New York.”

Currently, Alaina heads Talent Relations, PR and Celebrity Partnerships at NBTV Channels and their studio, NBTV Studios as well as networks, Spirits Network and Golf Nation. She also leads events, marketing campaigns, is on the Production team for Series Development and dabbles in Business Development for the networks. Her most recent project was producing a content shoot and interviewing celebrities at a charity golf tournament in Detroit with Mark Wahlberg and his brands Municipal and Flecha Azul Tequila.
