Ebony Amoroso started her career in the mailroom at the Endeavor Agency (now William Morris Endeavor) and found her path in People Operations where she created a corporate training structure to help new employees acclimate to the company; a nation-wide mentorship program; as well as a global internship template reaching 22 countries — instilling sustainable cultural changes in every environment she has worked in. For the past two decades, Ebony has lived in Los Angeles, New York City, Paris and London where she has worked in fashion, tech and entertainment, ushering in diversity, equity, justice and inclusion by overseeing recruitment, mentorship, strategic partnerships and organizational development. 

Recently joining Crisis Text Line as VP of JEDI (justice, equity, diversity and inclusion), Ebony has moved into a world in which a grassroots approach takes the lead in creating positive change on a global scale. She was listed on Variety’s 2017 Inclusion Impact Report (http://variety.com/gallery/variety-2017-inclusion-impact-report/#!5/ebony-amoroso).
